PURPOSE: A wireless network connection authentication method and a system thereof are provided to reduce costs, to prevent the leak or reuse of data, and to have high security. CONSTITUTION: An authentication server(100) includes a control module(110), an authentication module(120), and an OTP(One Time Password) generation module(130). The control module controls resources or functions of other elements such as the authentication module or the OTP generation module. The authentication module performs a first authentication process using an ID and a password. The OTP generation module generates a one-time password through an OTP generation algorithm if the first authentication process is successfully performed by the authentication module. The OTP generation module or the control module performs a second authentication process by using the one-time password.
