PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric car power feeding device which can prevent problems such as a finger of the user or a feeder cord from getting caught during power feeding work. SOLUTION: An electric car power feeding device P includes an enclosure 1 which has power feeding receptacles 35, 36 for electric cars provided in a housing chamber 7 and is adapted for a feeder cord K to be fitted to the power feeding receptacles 35, 36 from a power feeding port 34. Further, the power feeding port 34 is provided with a slide door 33 for opening or closing it, so that, if, while the slide door 33 is slid downward to shut the power feeding port 34, an open window 34a greater in width than the breadth of a lower end part of the slide door 33, the lower end part which is formed by a lower part of the power feeding port 34 beneath the slide door 33, is made to remain, a finger of the user or the feeder cord K will not be caught in between the slide door 33 and the power feeding port 34.
