The present invention relates to a jig capable of mounting and fixating a bumper during a painting task of a car bumper and, more specifically, to a bumper painting jig, which reduces time/space/economic burdens due to storage, disposal and manufacture of a bumper mounting jig and a mounting die for mounting a jig, and drastically enhances the precise mounting of a bumper and convenience in replacement of a bumper by tailoring the jig according to types of bumpers. The bumper painting jig suggested in the present invention comprises a jig (1) having an insertion rod (11) with two splits at the lower part in the middle of a rebar while the rebar is welded in a framework form to have a mold so as to support corner parts on both inner sides according to types of car bumpers; a middle connection rod (2) having insertion holes (22) corresponding to the insertion rod (11) of the jig (1) on both ends of a horizontal connection bar (21) so as to mount the jig (1), and insertion rods (23) inserted into insertion holes (35) of a mounting rod (3) on both sides of the lower part; and the mounting rod (3) capable of mounting the middle connection rod, wherein the mounting rod (3) consists of a supporting plate (31) installed to be connected to a conveyor, a pillar (32) vertically fixated to the center of the support plate, a beam (33) horizontally installed to be orthogonal to the center of the upper end of the pillar, support stands (34) horizontally installed to be orthogonal to both ends of the beam, and insertion holes (35) in a pipe form installed on both ends of the upper surface of the support stands. |
