Provided is a jerky chocolate containing nuts and cheese, which has the characteristics of adding cheese and nuts to a crushed meat, mixing and molding the same and coating the sliced jerky in a certain shape with chocolate. According to the present invention, the jerky containing cheese and nuts has more savory taste and aroma by adding cheese including rich calcium and nuts including rich unsaturated fat acid and antioxidant to unique taste and aroma of the existing jerky and has more nutritious and improved flavor preference. Raw meat is firstly cut, secondly crushed and pulverized in a crushing step, which reduces moisture, and thus a drying process is not necessary so the number of production processes is reduced and the jerky has soft textures for children or the elderly whose teeth are weak to be able to easily consume the jerky. |
