The present invention relates to a system to integrally manage process information and production costs information based on a building information modeling (BIM). The system to integrally manage process production costs based on BIM includes: (a) a data import layer inputs design information, process information, and production costs information by converting the design information, the process information, and the production costs information related to a construction project into a file type which can be stored and managed; (b) a data storage layer which stores process information and production costs information related to industry foundation classes (IFC) space information depending on a database schema set in advance by receiving an input data converted in the data import layer (a); (c) a data processing layer which identifies the IFC space information in accordance to the request of a user terminal (BIM S/W user), and provides information requested by the user terminal (BIM S/W user) between the process information and the production costs information related to the IFC space information for the user terminal (BIM S/W user) by selecting information requested by the user terminal (BIM S/W user) from data stored in the data storage layer (b); and (d) a data export layer which provides information, delivered from the data processing layer (c), for the user terminal (BIM S/W User) by outputting the information to a BIM software. |
