The present invention relates to a roll pressure control device for a rolling mill and, more specifically, to a roll pressure control device for a rolling mill capable of preventing defects of a camber caused by the difference between the left and right elongation percentages of rolled materials by precisely controlling pressure applied to the upper and lower rolls of the pressing mill. The roll pressure control device for a rolling mill according to the present invention comprises: the upper and lower rolls for pressing the rolled materials; first and second pressure detecting devices installed in an upper choke supporting the left side of the upper roll to measure pressure applied to the upper choke; third and fourth pressure detecting devices installed in a lower choke supporting the left side of the lower roll to measure pressure applied to the lower choke; fifth and sixth pressure detecting devices installed in an upper choke supporting the right side of the upper roll to measure pressure applied to the upper choke; seventh and eighth pressure detecting devices installed in a lower choke supporting the right side of the lower roll to measure pressure applied to the lower choke; and a controller for calculating the difference of rolled loads applied to the left and right sides of the upper and lower rolls based on results measured by the first to eighth pressure detecting devices, and controlling first and second hydraulic devices for pressing the upper and lower rolls based on the difference to control the rolled loads applied to the upper and lower rolls.
