The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for impregnating cosmetic material and a cosmetics container manufactured by the method. Particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for impregnating cosmetic material and a cosmetics container manufactured by the method which compresses a sponge and extracts air at the same time when filling cosmetic liquid inside an airless cosmetics container and gradually fills the cosmetic liquid into the sponge to enable the cosmetic liquid to evenly be impregnated in the sponge. The filling apparatus includes a cylindrical body corresponding to an inner circumferential shape of a container unit of an airless pump container to temporarily be inserted and coupled inside the airless pump container; a hole for insertion through which cosmetic substance is passed extended in a vertical direction at the center of the body; a first O-ring formed at an edge surface to prevent the cosmetic substance inserted inside the container unit from being spilled outside; and a second O-ring formed at an end of the hole for insertion to press a filling nozzle. |
