A device for controlling access to a transport facility and authentication thereof in accordance with the present invention includes: an authentication key recognizing terminal unit which is installed in a transport facility to which a worker comes close to perform operation, recognizes personal information of the worker, and processes authentication request of the worker; and an authentication management server processing worker authentication issue by corresponding to the authentication request of the worker through intercommunications with the authentication key recognizing terminal unit. The device for controlling access to a transport facility and authentication thereof not only priorly blocks people not having management authority on the transport facility, but also prevent failure and damage to the traffic facility by checking work which the worker performs, a work time, a present condition on department transfer of workers, and the like. |
