PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control circuit that can suppress variations in output voltage. SOLUTION: A reference voltage generation circuit 10 of a control circuit 3 includes: a gm amplifier 11 for, in accordance with a potential difference between an output voltage Vo and a base voltage VR0, generating an amplifier current Ia so as to reduce the potential difference; and a capacitor C2 and a switch SW1 for adding a slope inclined according to the amplifier current Ia to a voltage VN2 resulting from the subtraction of an offset voltage Voff from the base voltage VR0 to generate a reference voltage VR1. A comparator 20 of the control circuit 3 compares the output voltage Vo and the reference voltage VR1 and outputs a signal S1 depending on the comparison result.
