Provided are a cross-membrane test cell for evaluating the performance and properties of a semipermeable membrane and a membrane test device equipped with the same. The cross-membrane test cell comprises a first body which forms a feed solution channel; a second body which forms a draw solution channel; and a plurality of sealing members which enclose the feed solution channel and the draw solution channel, respectively. The inlet and outlet of the draw solution channel are located at different positions from the inlet and outlet of the feed solution channel, thus preventing the deformation of the semipermeable membrane.
