A liquid-crystalline medium comprising at least one compound of the formula I, in which R1 and R2 have the meanings indicated in Claim 1,and to the use thereof in electro-optical liquid-crystal displays e.g. TN, STN, TN-TFT, OCB, IPS, PS-IPS, FFS, PS-FFS displays. The medium may further comprise UV stabilizers, one or more reactive mesogens and/or antioxidants. Also shown is an electro-optical liquid-crystal display containing the liquid-crystalline medium. |
