<p>A coffee machine (1) is disclosed, the machine comprising a water storage tank (2), water heating means (4) and a capsule holder (5) suitable for receiving a pod or capsule from which coffee is extracted using the water heated inside the chamber. The heating means are of the electromagnetic induction type. A method for extracting the coffee in a pod or capsule machine by means of the water heated using the electromagnetic induction heating means is also disclosed.</p> |
