PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of a concrete structure, which sufficiently infiltrates a repair material into the section of an object to be repaired. SOLUTION: The repair method comprises a process for specifying a part 11 not to be filled with the repair material of the concrete structure 1, a process for forming grooves 2 in the part 11 not to be filled with it, a process for forming an injection hole 3 deeper than the grooves 2 in the grooves 2 and projection positions, and a process for filling the injection hole 3 and the grooves 2 with the repair material 32.
