摘要 The present invention relates to a method for welding rotors (30) (gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators) for generating power, which include multiple rotor disks (26, 27) aligned along a rotor shaft (34). The method comprises: a step of providing a welding joint sample to disks (26), which includes a root unit (33), a first gapped welding section (32) adjacent to the root unit (33) in a radius direction, and a second gapped welding section (31) adjacent to the first gapped welding section (32) in a radius direction; a step of melting the root unit (33) by a first welding process; a step of making a welding unit inside the first gapped welding section (32) through a second welding process; and a step of filling the second gapped welding section (31) through a third welding process. The simplicity and flexibility of the manufacturing method can be achieved by selecting one among laser welding (LW), electronic beam welding (EB), friction welding, and laser hybrid welding as the first welding process, and by selecting one between laser welding and laser hybrid welding as the second welding process.
