Lifting fork board (16), transport vehicle (2) provided therewith and method for transporting a cargo. The lifting fork board (16) comprises:
- a frame provided (20) with coupling means (42) for coupling the fork board to a transport vehicle (2);
- an upright (24) arranged on the frame (20) and provided with a recess (32); and
- a cylinder (34) arranged wholly or partially in the recess (32) of the upright for the purpose of lifting the frame (20).
