<p>Disclosed are an electrode pad and a nitride semiconductor light emitting device including the same, capable of securing high device reliability by improving the junction reliability of an electrode pattern in an area with high humidity. The electrode pad for the nitride semiconductor light emitting device according to the present invention includes an active layer which is bonded to a metal wire, a barrier layer which is formed on the lower side of the active layer, a reflection layer which is formed on the lower side of the barrier layer, an adhesive layer which is formed on the lower side of the reflection layer, and a contact layer which is formed on the lower side of the adhesive layer and is attached to a transparent electrode pattern or a current blocking pattern.</p> |
