Method for Delay Tolerant Network Routing Using Social Relation

Disclosed is a delay tolerant network routing method using social relation. The disclosed delay tolerant network routing method in a transmission node includes the steps of: (a) receiving social strength information obtained by digitizing friendship with a destination node and information on the social major order obtain by digitizing a frequency with respect to a social contact of a specific node from peripheral candidate nodes; (b) transferring data to a corresponding candidate node when there are the destination node and the candidate node having a social strength greater than a preset reference social strength; and (c) transferring the data to a candidate node having the highest social major order when there are no destination node and the candidate node having a social strength greater than the preset reference social strength. The disclosed delay tolerant network routing method may efficiently transfer data to the destination node using a social relation characteristic between nodes and may suitable for routing large scale data.
