The present invention relates to a descaling apparatus and a continuous casting apparatus using the same, comprising a heating furnace which heats a slab above a predetermined temperature, a descaling apparatus which removes the scales from the heated surface of the slab, and a rolling mill which rolls the descaled slab, wherein the descaling apparatus comprises a magnetic member installed on the upper part of the slab to collect scales on the surface of the slab by a magnetic force. |
