Preparing foodstuff from bone having optionally adherent meat residues, preferably recovering bone having residual meat, comprises compressing the bone that is present in the form of strands using a press to obtain pressed product, which is present in prismatic shape. An independent claim is also included for the foodstuff for preparing sauces or soups, which is molded as a flash frozen pressed product made of bone optionally having adherent residual meat, and is present in the shape of cuboid, preferably cube with an edge length of 1-10 cm, preferably 2-5 cm. |
