Disclosed are a sensing module and an LED lamp using the same. The sensing module according to the present invention comprises: a clock controller configured to receive power from a power source module, and supply the power to a predetermined clock; a clock generator configured to receive the power from the clock controller, and generate a clock signal for supplying the power for a predetermined time in response to a motion signal; a motion sensor configured to generate the motion signal by sensing external motion; and an output controller configured to receive power from the clock generator, and control power for supplying power to an LED lighting module at a predetermined power level. |
