The present invention relates to a battery protection circuit module package suitable for integration and miniaturization. The present invention provides a battery protection circuit module package which includes a first internal connection terminal lead and a second internal connection terminal lead which are respectively arranged in both edge parts and are electrically connected to the electrode terminal of a battery bare cell; a terminal lead frame which is arranged between the first internal connection terminal lead and the second internal connection terminal lead and includes an external connection terminal lead comprising internal connection terminals; and a device package which is mounted on the terminal lead frame to be electrically connected to the terminal lead frame, and includes a battery protection circuit configuration part and a substrate having a pure gauge device. At least one of the external connection terminals is a pure gauge external connection terminal.
