The present invention relates to a battery protection circuit module package which is advantageous to integration and miniaturization. Provided is a battery protection circuit module package including a terminal lead frame and a device package. The terminal lead frame includes first and second internal connection terminal leads which are arranged on both edges thereof and are electrically connected to an electrode terminal of a battery bare cell; and an external connection terminal lead which is arranged between the first and second internal connection terminal leads and comprises a plurality of external connection terminals. The device package is mounted on the terminal lead frame to be electrically connected to the terminal lead frame and includes a substrate on which the battery protection circuit device is arranged.
