An organic light emitting display device includes a display panel which includes a display region on which a plurality of pixels are arranged and a non-display region which is formed around the display region, a scan driving unit which supplies scan signals to the pixels, a source driving chip which is connected to the non-display region, supplies a data voltage to the pixels, and generates an input signal, a light emitting control driving unit which supplies light emitting control signals to the pixels, a first detection capacitor which is arranged on the non-display region, and first and second test lines which are connected to the source driving chip and the first detection capacitor and supplies the input signal to the first detection capacitor. The source driving chip outputs the charging timing of the first detection capacitor according to the input signal as an output signal. |
