The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing Hypsizigus marmoreus and a method for preparing the same, and provides a method for preparing a cosmetic composition, the method comprising the steps of: (S1) mixing a Hypsizigus marmoreus hydrolysate or a Hypsizigus marmoreus powder with at least one selected from a group consisting of rice bran, loess, Houttuynia cordata, Japanese black pine leaves, pine bark, Japanese cypress, Angelica acutiloba, kelp, Chinese matrimony vine, licorice leaves, and inorganic salts (mineral salts), thereby preparing a fermentation raw material; (S2) fermenting the fermentation raw material with lactic acid bacteria, photosynthetic bacteria, or yeast, thereby generating a fermented material; and (S3) filtering the fermented material. Therefore, the cosmetic composition containing Hypsizigus marmoreus according to the present invention can provide wrinkle alleviation, skin elasticity improvement, skin exfoliation, skin shooting, skin whitening, and skin moisturizing effects. |
