摘要 A photovoltaic thermal system according to the present invention, which is installed on an outer wall of a building in a box shape having a predetermined space, includes: a water type solar heat collector having a photovoltaic cell panel, in which a plurality of photovoltaic cells are provided, on a side of a front surface thereof; a heat collecting pipe conduit provided at a rear surface of the photovoltaic cell panel in the water type solar heat collector to heat fluid inside the conduit according to heat generated from the panel; a pump provided on a side of an outlet of the heat collecting pipe conduit to forcibly discharge the fluid in the heat collecting pipe conduit; a sensor unit provided at an inlet and an outlet of the heat collecting pipe conduit to detect a temperature of the fluid inside the conduit; and a controller to operate the pump to transfer the fluid inside the heat collecting pipe conduit to a tank when a temperature difference of the fluid detected from the of the inlet and the outlet is higher than a reference value. The photovoltaic thermal system integrated to a building according to the present invention applies heat accumulated at a rear surface of the photovoltaic cell plate to heat water so that the heat at the rear surface of the photovoltaic cell plate is cooled thereby greatly improving the efficiency of producing electric energy. In addition, the photovoltaic thermal system integrated to a building according to the present invention uses waste heat as a thermal energy to heat the water such that an amount of heating fuel used is reduced and a cost used for exterior materials in a building can be reduced.
