<p>A foldable display device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a display panel including a flexible substrate, a driving circuit formed on the flexible substrate and including a thin film transistor and a capacitor, and a display unit formed on the flexible substrate and connected to the driving circuit. The display panel is divided into a bendable area which receives tensile and compressive forces and is deformed when bending and a flat area which maintains the original shape. The bendable area and the flat area consist an asymmetric design.</p> |
