The present invention provides a semiconductor device which reduces characteristic degradation which is caused by the effect of light, provides a radiation-sensitive resin composition and a cured film which are used to form the semiconductor device, and provides a display device. The semiconductor device (1) has a semiconductor layer (2) on a substrate (10); and a source electrode (3) and a drain electrode (4) which are formed on a first side. The cured film (5) which is formed by using the radiation-sensitive resin composition including a photo-acid generator is arranged between the semiconductor layer (2), the source electrode (3), and the drain electrode (4). The first side of the semiconductor layer (2) and the drain electrode (4) are electrically connected by interposing a through-hole (6) which is formed by patterning the cured film (5). The cured film (5) has characteristics of shielding light by the photo-acid generator. By using the semiconductor device (1), the semiconductor substrate is formed and a liquid crystal display device which is the display device is provided. |
