摘要 <p>The present invention relates to active carbon for a super capacitor electrode and a manufacturing method thereof. In the active carbon for a super capacitor electrode: at least one kind of heteroelement, which is selected among phosphorus (P), boron (B), and fluorine (F), is doped on the surface; a carbon (C) and the heteroelement, which are components, have a weight ratio of 1:0.005-0.05; and a specific surface area has a range of 1,000-3,300 m^2/g. The active carbon has an excellent affinity for an organic solvent by maintaining a stable state even in harsh electrochemical conditions and at a high temperature by: having a covalent bond between at least one kind of heteroelement, which is doped on the surface after being selected among phosphorus (P), boron (B), and fluorine (F), with carbon (C); and maintaining the hydrophobicity of the active carbon surface which is doped with at least one kind of heteroelement which is selected among phosphorus (P), boron (B), and fluorine (F). The present invention is able to improve the energy intensity of a super capacitor by improving the permeation of an electrolyte into the active carbon through the surface.</p>
