PURPOSE: An indirect vaporation cooling device and an air-conditioner including the same are provided to indirectly cool the indoor air with enhanced heat transfer and rapidly flowing of the water by forming the dimple on the heat exchanging plate which exchanges the indoor air with the outdoor air or water so that the heat-transfer area of the heat exchanging plate is increased. CONSTITUTION: The indirect vaporation cooling device and the air-conditioner including the same include the heat exchanging plate(100) and hydrophilic layer(101). The heat exchanging plate sections the radiant heat way(82) in which the indoor air passes through and the heat absorption flow path(84) which the outside air and water pass through, and forms the dimple. The hydrophilic layer is coated on the surface of a plurality of row exchange plates. A plurality of row exchange plates is made of the synthetic resin material. |
