An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to improve light efficiency by forming a first anode electrode, a second anode electrode, and a third anode electrode into mutually different thickness. A first substrate(110) includes a plurality of sub pixels. A plurality of thin film transistor is positioned on the first substrate. A plurality of cathode electrodes(160) is positioned on the first substrate. A plurality of cathode electrodes is connected to a plurality of thin film transistors. A first light emitting layer(170R), a second light emitting layer(170G), and a third light emitting layer(170B) are positioned on a plurality of cathode electrodes. The first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the third light emitting layer emit lights of different colors. A first anode electrode(180R), a second anode electrode(180G), and a third anode electrode(180B) are positioned on the first light emitting layer, the second light emitting layer, and the third light emitting layer. The first anode electrode, the second anode electrode, and the third anode electrode have mutually different thickness. |
