An economizer with a double cover is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the economizer includes a first cover and a second cover. The first cover is connected to a body having an opening unit by rotating in a first direction either to open or close the opening unit, and a heat exchange pipe is combined to the inside of the first cover. The second cover is connected to a body by rotating in a second direction which is opposite to the first direction either to be overlapped on the first cover or to open or close the opening unit.
