The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method to manufacture a blood vessel for operation training. The method to manufacture the blood vessel of the present invention comprises: a blood vessel-shape manufacturing step of making a blood vessel model using low melting metal which has a melting point lower than that of heat resistance silicon; a silicon coating step of dipping the blood vessel model manufactured through the blood vessel-shape manufacturing step in a room temperature-cure-silicon solution wherein a curing agent and heat resistance silicon are mixed in order to cure the blood vessel model at room temperature, thus manufacturing a silicon-coated model in which heat resistance silicon is coated on the blood vessel; and heating the silicon-coated model manufactured through the silicon coating step to melt and remove low melting metal, and thus obtain the blood vessel made of heat resistance silicon. In the present invention, the blood vessel model is made of low melting metal which has a low melting point; the blood vessel model is coated with heat resistance silicon to be cured; and the silicon-coated model wherein heat resistance silicon is cured and heated to melt and remove low melting metal, thus obtaining the blood vessel for operation training made of heat resistance silicon, thereby rapidly manufacturing the blood vessel for operation training by a cost-effective method. |
