The present invention relates to a nonstop traffic system using a half (1/2) underground U-turn lane, which comprises: a half (1/2) elevated road (1) formed to drive straight; a bidirectional half (1/2) underground U-turn lane (2) formed to U-turn in the opposite direction of a driving direction; and a half (1/2) underground crosswalk (3) to allow pedestrians to cross nonstop, wherein the half (1/2) elevated road (1), the bidirectional half (1/2) underground U-turn lane (2), and the half (1/2) underground crosswalk (3) are formed into one structure of the half (1/2) underground U-turn lane in one place three-dimensionally. When the half (1/2) underground U-turn lane is installed at a road, vehicles can be driven and U-turned nonstop without waiting for signals, and the pedestrians can cross nonstop always without interruption to the vehicles driven in different directions, thereby solving traffic problems. |
