To provide a robust seal structure, the present invention provides an organic light-emitting display device which comprises a substrate; an organic light-emitting unit including a laminate of a first electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and a second electrode on the substrate; a first inorganic film formed from a first inorganic mixture including tin oxide, phosphorous oxide, and tin fluoride while covering the organic light-emitting unit; and a second inorganic film including tin oxide and phosphorous oxide while covering the first inorganic film.
