at least one strengthening element provided as clamps or a ring comprising at least two sections is arranged at a second end of the flange, said strengthening element being attachable to the external device with bolts through bores in the strengthening element and through the bores arranged in the first end of the flange, whereby an easy repair and an improved mechanical strength of an insulator housing which is already in use can be achieved.
