CITADEL FACILITIES OF VESSELS AND MANAGEMENT METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed is a citadel facility for a ship, capable of allowing crews to access to a citadel hidden in an engine room of a hull using an elevator facility for connecting the accommodation and the engine room of the hull, and promoting the safety of the crews by fundamentally preventing the access of pirates through the post control of the elevator facility. The citadel facility comprises: the citadel (20) arranged in a position not exposed to the outside in the hull and to which the crews can access only by the elevator facility, and having a basic facility for survival and a communication facility for communicating with the outside; an emergency operation part installed inside an elevator car (18) to control the operation of the elevator facility toward the citadel (20); a disguised door (24) installed in a boundary with the elevator facility to prevent the access to the citadel (20), and having a mechanical inner locking facility; and an emergency control device (26) installed inside the citadel (20) to control the operation of the elevator facility.
