The present invention relates to a composition containing an extract of a ginseng seed kernel extraction meal powder, and more specifically, to a composition which contains, as an active ingredient, an extract of an extraction meal powder of ginseng seed kernel which is degreased by hot pressing, and has enhanced antioxidative activity. According to the present invention, a functional health food, cosmetic composition, and pharmaceutical composition having excellent antioxidative activity can be provided by containing an extract of ginseng seed kernel extraction meal prepared by press-extracting ginseng seeds. Furthermore, the food usefulness of the ginseng seed kernel extraction meal, which is discarded as waste meal after oil pressing, can be improved.
