1. An organic electroluminescence member comprising:
a substrate havening thereon an anode, a cathode, a plurality of organic layers including a hole transport layer, a light emitting later and an electron transport layer, the plurality of organic layers being sandwiched between the anode and the cathode, and an electron injection layer located between the electron transport layer and the cathode, wherein the electron injection layer is formed only with: at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal having a melting point of less than 90° C. and a compound containing an alkali metal having a melting point of less than 90° C.; and at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal having a melting point of 90° C. or more, an alkali earth metal having a melting point of 90° C. or more, a compound containing an alkali metal having a melting point of 90° C. or more, and a compound containing an alkali earth metal having a melting point of 90° C. or more.
