<p>The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a thin film solar cell which includes the steps of: preparing a Na doping solution which includes Na, Formamide as a main solvent, and any one selected from Acetone, Methanol, Ethylene glycol, Dimethylsulfoxide, and Acetonitrile as an auxiliary solvent; forming a Na doping layer by spreading the Na doping solution on the substrate; eliminating a solvent by processing the Na doping layer thermally; and forming a chalcogenide absorber layer on the Na doping layer. The Na doping layer includes any one selected from Acetone, Methanol, Ethylene glycol, Dimethylsulfoxide, and Acetonitrile as a first auxiliary solvent in addition to Formamide, which is the main solvent, and can additionally include one or more remaining solvents excluding the first auxiliary solvent as a second auxiliary solvent.</p> |
