The present invention relates to a cartridge-exchangeable trial mold for a disamatic molding line. The structure of the trial mold of the present invention comprises: a standard surface plate having the same size as a mass production mold, and including an insertion groove with an internal step while having a basic injection cup and a flow hole; and a product-shaped mold having a flow hole accurately matched with the flow hole of the standard surface plate, a runner, and riser gates while having an insertion part corresponding to the insertion groove in the lower part. The trial mold with the structure can easily make a trial product corresponding to the change of a design, can reduce the manufacturing costs of the surface plate, and can prevent quality difference between the trial product and mass-produced products by exchanging the actual mold mounted inside like a cartridge when the shape of the product is changed after a time when the standard surface plate is initially manufactured.
