PURPOSE: A cap assembly is provided to prevent the leakage of electrolyte from the inside of the battery to the outside due to excellent coupling strength between a laminate outer circumference and a gasket. CONSTITUTION: A cap assembly includes: a laminate in which a top cap(410), a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) element(420), and a safety vent(430) are successively laminated. In the cap assembly(400a) including a gasket(500) surrounding and sealing the outer circumference(610) of the laminate, an adhesive material layer(600) is included between the laminate and the gasket. |
