The present invention relates to a novel method for manufacturing ramen, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing core-shell type noodles combined with a soup base and noodles, wherein ramen can be ingested without a separate packaged soup base by coating the noodles with a fluidized soup base and then drying the noodles. In order to reduce the use of packing containers due to the separate packaging of a soup base, prevent the fluttering of a powder when the packaged soup base is opened, and solve the sticking of a soup pack by vapor, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing ramen which can be ingested without a separate packaged soup base by coating noodle with a fluidized soup base and then drying the noodles. |
