The present invention relates to an integrated solution system based on a predictive control, a real time control, an operation, and a management of building energy, and more particularly the present invention includes a weather data processing unit (1), a simulation processing unit (2), an operation method determining unit (3), an energy consumption evaluating unit (4), an integrated detection control processing unit (5), an energy data management unit (6), an usage analysis and performance diagnosis unit (7), and an energy operation management unit (8). Accordingly, equipment can be operated and managed by one solution in which a mutual association of a predictive control, a real time control, and an analysis of energy is considered in an integrating fashion, and particularly, an energy saving effect can be maximized in an entire building aspect by applying a more optimized technology due to the association in the case of the predictive control and the real time control. Further, in the integrated solution, the control association can be automatically achieved so that energy can be saved in a most independent and stable way for a configuration of building equipment and a technical level of an equipment operator. |
