A waterproof case (100) for a cellular phone according to the present invention comprises: a lower base (10) for containing a cellular phone; an upper cover (30) which is combined with the lower base at three pairs of concave-convex portions and of which an upper part is sealed by a transparent film (35); and a band (20) for sealing a circumference of the contact portion between the lower case and the upper cover. The three pairs of concave-convex portions are formed on the lower base and the upper cover, and are a protrusion portion (convex portion) (11b) of the lower base and a concave portion (31a) of the upper cover, a concave portion (12a) of the lower base and a protrusion portion (32b) of the upper cover, and a concave portion (13a) of the lower base and a protrusion portion (33b) of the upper cover. One corner of each of the protrusion portions (11b, 32b, 33b) is removed in a round shape or a triangular shape. The transparent film (35) molded in the upper cover (30) is inserted into the upper cover (30) and then injection-molded together while both ends of the transparent film (35) are rolled by a transparent film fixing pins (50), so that the transparent film is completely sealed for a waterproof effect. |
