The present invention relates to a fast and accurate index table device capable of quickly moving workpieces placed on the central shaft where a plurality of tools are installed in an industrial machine to a position to be secondarily machined after a primary machining process such that the workpieces can be placed on a table to perform several machining processes. The fast and accurate index table device comprises: a body having an oil gauge on the outside; a rotation part having a guide shaft formed in the center of the upper part of the body, a rotary shaft fixated on the top of the guide shaft, a table rotated by the rotary shaft housing upper and lower clutches surrounding the guide shaft, and a rotation driving link arranged on the lower clutch for the buffer action of the table; a universal piston positioned inside the body, and connected to the rotation driving link; a pin device installed in one side surface of the body to determine the rotation position of the table; a plurality of clamping cylinders arranged in the body; and a plurality of auxiliary clamps arranged on the side surface of the clamping cylinders to prevent the shaking of the table when the workpieces are machined on the table. The present invention can make the size small by reducing the volume of the index table device; can minimize a backlash regardless of the rotational direction and speed of the table; can firmly hold the table without shaking by installing the auxiliary clamps when the table moves upward from the lower part; and can prevent the inflow of external impurities by having a table ring.
