<p>The present invention relates to a dishwashing automation system capable of automatically and simultaneously washing trays and bowls (soup bowls, rice bowls, side-dish bowls, covers, etc.) by automatically performing a separation process, an input process, and a washing process on the trays and the bowls; and capable of supplying the completely washed trays to a collection workspace in accordance to the collection states of the completely washed trays. According to the present invention, a dishwashing automation system comprises: an input conveyor (10) longitudinally conveying trays (1) having bowls (2) thereon; a separator (20) separating the trays (1) and the bowls (2) conveyed by the input conveyor (10); a perpendicular conveyor (30) perpendicularly conveying the trays (1) separated by the separator (20); a tray input adjuster (70) inputting the trays (1) to a tray conveyor (60) after adjusting input intervals between the trays (1) conveyed by the perpendicular conveyor (30); a tray washer (90) washing the trays (1) conveyed by the input adjuster (70); a sensor (110) installed in front of the tray washer (90) sensing the trays (1) washed and stacked; a bubble water tank (40) housing the bowls (2) separated by the separator (20); a bowl conveyor (80) longitudinally conveying the bowls (2) bubbled by the bubble water tank (40); and a bowl washer (100) washing the bowls (2) conveyed longitudinally by the bowl conveyor (80).</p> |
