The present invention relates to a method of fabricating a semiconductor oxide (TiO2) electrode having a nano structure for a fuel-sensitive solar cell, more particularly, to a method of fabricating a nano photo-catalyst transparent electrode, capable of remarkably stretching a length of a nanorod and stably bonding the nanorod with a transparent electrode by performing two-step hydrothermal synthesis. The method of fabricating a nano photo-catalyst transparent electrode according to the present invention includes forming a nano sheet layer on a substrate as a seed layer and forming a nanorod through a hydrothermal synthesis scheme after the nano sheet layer has been formed. |
