The invention relates to a mechanism for replacing a lamp and to a street light that includes said mechanism, where said street light is of the type that includes a structure consisting of a base, a post or other structural element and a lamp, wherein said mechanism includes a removable lamp; a means of making the lamp ascend or descend, which is located in the base of the street light and that acts on the removable lamp; and a means for inserting and removing said removable lamp. Said mechanism makes it possible to release the lamp from the support in order to facilitate handling by the user. |
