The invention consists of a body having a substantially long flotation shape, made of wood or the like, with an approximate length of between 10.5 cm and 12.5 cm, and with an estimated width in the centre thereof of between 4 cm and 6 cm, said body comprising three clearly defined longitudinal areas: a slightly concave central area occupying approximately 2/4 parts, and two other areas, each located at a different end of the body, the front face of the board being covered with sandpaper or non-slip rubber. Fingerstalls placed over the index, middle and ring finger are used to simulate wakeskate and snowskate exercises. |
