<p>The present invention relates to a universal dimming control power-saving system and a control method thereof. As it is difficult to expect a power-saving effect which is proportional to a dimming because a power factor is lowered when the brightness of lighting is adjusted; the present invention provides a universal dimming control power-saving system including a dimming control power-saving section (1), which can minimize power loss by reducing a reactive power with a power factor correction and a programmable voltage drop control, and can realize additional power saving control and lighting brightness control with a voltage drop. The present invention configured above can limit a current supplied to the lights to control the illumination of all the lights, thereby maximizing power saving efficiency. Accordingly, quality and reliability of the product can significantly be improved to satisfy various needs for the consumers and users, thereby presenting a good image thereto.</p> |
